研究内容(限200字)
主要以分子遗传学手段,对下列细菌和古菌开展研究:揭示能共存于同一嗜盐古菌细胞的二个有包膜的古菌溶原病毒的基本生物学特性,以及病毒之间、病毒与宿主间的相互关系,拓展对古菌病毒多样性的认识;以枯草芽胞杆菌的为材料,对细菌细胞间水平基因转移过程开展研究,以期揭示一种新的细菌间遗传交换机制;揭示气单胞菌黑色素形成的分子机理,为进一步探究细菌黑色素的生物学意义特别是与致病性之间的相关性奠定理论和实验基础。
