主要从事抗病毒免疫信号转导及相关干扰素、炎症和细胞死亡效应的调控机制研究。在抗病毒天然信号转导通路方面,发现了增强抗病毒天然免疫的多个信号转导调控分子,并阐明分子机制;构建多种疾病模型,并在代谢状态与抗病毒免疫间的互作方面继续开展深入研究。
