切断传播途径是传染病防控的根本措施。课题组将利用病毒反向遗传学、细胞生物学、生物化学等手段,致力于阐明新发病毒新型传播途径及昆虫媒介抗病毒免疫机制,为通过切断传播途径阻断传染病传播提供理论基础;并在此基础上进行诊断技术和抗病毒药物研发,为诊断治疗各种新发传染病做出贡献。
