研究内容(限200字)
利用蛋白质组学技术绘制狂犬、流感、寨卡和人类乳头瘤等病毒与宿主相互作用的网络图谱,研究病毒调节宿主细胞先天免疫以及宿主抵御病毒感染的相关分子机制;开展ZMPSTE24 抑制病毒侵入宿主细胞的分子机制研究;研究先天性免疫分子的蛋白相互作用网络与病原物细胞质感应的相关研究。以了解病毒的感染复制、致病致瘤和免疫逃逸的相关分子机制,同时进一步发现新的抵御不同病毒感染的宿主蛋白因子及其作用机理。
