研究内容

主要从事翻译后修饰调控感染免疫与肿瘤的功能与机制，鉴定多个蛋白通过调控模式识别受体信号通路从而调控抗病毒天然免疫应答与炎症反应，并揭示了其机制；鉴定了肿瘤微环境中细胞因子与小分子代谢产物通过调控肿瘤组织免疫细胞浸润、分化与活化调控肿瘤进展与转移，为临床相关疾病的诊疗提供了新的潜在靶点与干预策略。
