研究内容（限200字）
虫媒病毒分布广，种类多，公共卫生负担重。近几十年来，天然免疫领域的研究更多集中在哺乳动物宿主中，而我们对病原体的天然传播媒介——节肢动物昆虫的免疫系统如何抵御病原体感染还知之甚少。本课题组将利用果蝇强大的遗传学工具，结合细胞生物学、生物化学等手段，致力于阐明昆虫媒介中存在的抗病毒天然免疫分子机制，并在此基础上进行抗病毒药物研发，为治疗人类虫媒病毒传染病奠定基础。
