研究内容(限200字)

开展以病毒资源的发现分离和开发应用为目标的技术平台建立等工作。主要研究方向包括:以蜱传病毒,特别是布尼亚病毒的分离鉴定、病毒特性、感染致病机理为研究重点,开展多种新的蜱传病毒的病毒学特性研究;病原微生物资源的发掘及病毒的分离鉴定;病原微生物信息平台的建立;以病毒为载体的基础及应用基础研究;基于杆状病毒及其表达体系的新型生物技术的研发等。
