研究内容

致力于研究RNA和结合蛋白RBPs在病毒与细胞相互作用中的分子机制和功能,包括RNA核滞留在病毒感染中的功能、病毒感染中的RNA结构组学和互作组学、以及病毒侵染后转录终止的调控机制。同时开展计算免疫学和生物信息学等合作研究。
